Surrey:  IHIT has identified the victim of Surrey’s latest homicide as 33-year-old Shaunce Poirier. He was a resident of Surrey at the time of his death and was known to police. “We are continuing our investigation into this murder and at this point our investigators have determined that this was not a random act. There are no further details available to the public at this time.” says Sergeant Bari Emam of IHIT.
