To think is an art. Do you know this art?
Our life is based on our thinking from morning to evening; even our dreams
are based on our thoughts. As a human being, we have approximately 70,000
thoughts in an average day.
There are different types of thoughts:
If we want our life to become better, more light, and more productive, we
need to learn this art of thinking.
We believe we are energy, and as a energy, if we lead our thoughts in a
wrong way, our time will be also be wasted.
Time and thoughts are related to each other. If we waste our thoughts, we
waste our time and time is a real wealth. By wasting our thoughts, our tasks
will take longer to be accomplished and sometime to be towards mistakes and
in the process of correcting the mistakes we waste our time .
Today, time is very precious so we should handle our thoughts like a jewel
and we will look after them.
If we think positively even when adverse situations arise, the dark side of
the situation will be dispelled. How can we do that? By seeing everyone
playing a part like it were a drama and in the drama we can not change the
scenes because it is fixed, but we can go through the scenes as a detached
observer thinking that scene soon will be over and a new scene will come out
and better situations will arise.
By thinking negatively, we give power to that negativity and the situation
will get even worse and it would be more difficult to go through that
situation and more time will be needed to get out of that and many imprints
are left in the soul who will remember that for a long period of time in
their life. Sometimes we react in front of some situation in a harsh way
because of those imprints.
By transforming a negative situation into a situation of learning process,
we can change the heaviness of the situation and become expert, and the next
time that something like that arises, we will be able to come out of that
When we spend out time and energy in wasteful thoughts we loose so much.
The day can go by and nothing is done because the energy was scattered
By focusing our mind in whatever we are doing, and not what somebody else is
doing, we can accomplish lots of tasks in a very fast and powerful way.
The thoughts are transmitted from our mind and are printed in the atmosphere
around us and that will influence ourselves first and my family home,
colleagues and place of work.
Can we change the thoughts of others? Unfortunately not. We can change only
our own but by changing ourselves, the lives of others around us will be
changed as well.
What can we do to change our thoughts:
First of all, be aware of them by checking every night how we spent our day.
We need to realize our responsibilities with our own self. We need to take a
decision whether to live with all of that negativity or rather to respond
creatively with positive thoughts like changing the lens.
This can not be done overnight; but slowly with determination, we can
achieve our goal, which is to have a life with peace, happiness and prosperity.
