Suva: Miss World Fiji organisers have set their aspirations higher with hopes that this year’s contestant can win the Miss World 2014 title. Organizers said they were ready to take on this opportunity and make their goal happen and added that this year’s goal is not just to take part and win, but also to bring the event to Fiji.
“It is up to us to take advantage of the opportunities and make it work. We have beautiful contestants in our country, we just need a team of people to help us elevate them, give them all the skills they need to go to the next level and that’s what our job is.”
Girls between the ages of 17 years to 24 are asked to be at Tappoo City on April 25 and 26 for the first round of judging. Only 10 girls will be selected for the final judging on July 26.
