Pyongyang is getting ready for fourth nuclear test

Seoul/Pyongyang:   Representatives of the two governments have met at the border village of Panmunjom on Wednesday, an official of the South’s unification ministry has told media.

The agenda of the talks was upcoming reunions of families separated since the end of the Korean War in 1953. Some see this step as damage control step by Pyongyang after a year of war rhetoric and threats that Pyongyang issued to Seoul. Also there have been reports of North Korea getting ready for its fourth nuclear test.
