Kathmandu:  Sushil Koiralaa will be the new prime minister of Nepal. The Nepali Congress and the UML, the second largest party signed a seven-point agreement which includes drafting a new constitution and hold fresh presidential elections as part of deal to support Sushil Koiralaa. The Maoists and the pro-Hindu pro-monarchist Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal  have voted against Koirala’s candidacy and will remain in opposition.
