Montreal:  Parti Québécois leader Pauline Marois says that independent Quebec would have no borders or tolls. She was visiting Notre-Dame-des-Bois near Lac-Mégantic, Que., to unveil her party’s tourism policy and introduce candidate Isabelle Hallé when she spoke about the Quebec sovereignty. She added that the EU model would still require citizens of Quebec to have their own unique citizenship and passports. Earlier, Pierre Karl Péladeau, the media mogul had declared his candidacy in the April 7 Quebec elections and caused ripples in Canadian politics.
