New Delhi: In a major breakthrough for the Punjab Police, six Nigerian heroin dealers have been arrested by it from New Delhi. Punjab Police claim that the dealers received drug consignments from Pakistan.

The police have said that those arrested run an international drug racket. The dealers have contacts in Nigeria, Brazil, Pakistan and the US, the police said.

According to the police, the racket operates in many Indian states and has drug operations in Maharashtra, Gujrat and Andhra Pradesh.
