11th homicide in Surrey
Surrey: 29 year old son of the victim is charged with Second Degree Murder in connection with August 12 homicide in Surrey. 55 year old Edward Allen Bezell was found dead in a residence near 140 street and 60th Avenue. RCMP were called for a dispute at the residence. Upon attendance police located Edward inside the residence who was pronounced dead at the scene.
29 year old Ryan William Beauchamp, son of Edward Allen Bezell, was arrested at the scene by Surrey RCMP and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) have been called in to lead this investigation.
Beauchamp has been remanded and his next court appearance will be on September 3, 2014 at Surrey Provincial Court said Staff Sgt. Jennifer Pound.
