Surrey: Organisers of the Surrey Night Market have thanked the public, vendors and partners for the hard work in making our first night a success. With over 7000 attendees over the 5 hours, it was a successful beginning.

Even veteran vendors were amazed with the turnout and some first time vendors began running out of product by mid-evening. It was an overwhelming success and we are looking forward to serving everyone in the Fraser Valley’s only night market in the coming months, every Friday and Saturday from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm in Cloverdale.

Satbir Cheema, Director Surrey Night Market  said, “ Despite the waiting, the lines were moving quickly and we hope the free admission later in the evening helped alleviate the wait times. This coming weekend, it is our goal to reduce the wait times, add separate entry booth for handicapped persons and families with very young children, and also provide additional free parking on site.”

An official ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Friday, July 11th at 7:30pm.
