Burnaby: 20 year old Aladdin Ramadan killed in a shooting on September 24 night. The Burnaby RCMP attended the area near Lougheed Hwy and Rosser Avenue after the police received several reports of shots fired.

Upon attendance the police found a Aladdin dead in the 2000 block of Rosser Avenue. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has assumed conduct of this murder.

Ramadan does not possess a criminal record and although IHIT investigators are attempting to determine a motive. IHIT believes that it is a targeted shooting.

Following the shooting three males fled the scene in a smaller, silver or blue compact vehicle, Southbound on Rosser Avenue. The driver of the vehicle was described as a Persian male with a short haircut, shaved on the side with sideburns.  He appeared clean-cut and was wearing dark clothing.  The other two suspects were also wearing dark clothing and had large builds.  They were described as over 6 feet tall and muscular.
