Abbotsford: A young woman contacted the Abbotsford Police Department on July 26 to report that she had been grabbed by a man who subsequently moved a short distance away and appeared to be exposing and touching himself. Incident took place in the 2400 block of Montrose Avenue.
APD Patrol officers interviewed the 18 year old victim and a witness and located the man matching the description in the area. 43 year old Amrik Singh Kular was then arrested. Kular has been charged with Sexual Assault and Committing an Indecent Act
