B.C.’s homicide investigation team is asking for help in solving a murder that happened more than three years ago.
The body of 29-year-old Vimal Chand was found in a family car on a Surrey street on February 20, 2013.
Police have released a video that says the man told the family he was going to buy cigarettes, but he never returned and his body was found four days later.
Chand’s sister, who was also in the video, called her brother the glue that held the family together and asks that anyone who has information about the death come forward.
