Chennai: With exit poll results overwhelmingly in favour of the NDA, indications are that the AIADMK and BJD, a staunch Jayalalithaa ally, are warming up to the saffron party. Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa, appeared to keep her options open.
BJD chief whip Pravat Tripathi is quoted to have said, “Keeping in view the opinion of the whole country and the state’s interest, there should be no problem in providing conditional support to NDA to form government at the Centre.”
