THE BC RCMP Major Crimes Section says tips are pouring in after the Tuesday’s release of the composite sketch of the suspect in the sexual assaults on UBC Vancouver campus.
 
Sgt. Peter Thiessen, Lower Mainland District RCMP spokesperson, said on Wednesday: “Investigators are prioritizing these tips that have been coming in from individuals across the province and country. We continue to work diligently and thoroughly with all the new information, and are hopeful that we will soon identify the suspect responsible for these assaults.”

The male suspect is described as:
 
* Caucasian with a slightly darker or olive skin tone, possibly tanned
* Mid- to late 20’s or even 30’s
* Thin build
* Range of 5’8” to 6’2”
* Longer rounder chin and face with straight nose
* Broad forehead
* Short, dark hair
 
Six sexual assault incidents occurred on UBC Vancouver campus on April 19, May 19, September 28, October 13, October 19, and October 27. Police say these incidents appear to be related and committed by the same suspect.
